2. What Data We Collect
We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it to us through the contact form on this website. The data fields collected are:
- First name and last name

- Organisation name (optional)
- Subject / topic of your enquiry
- Message you write to us
We do not collect any special categories of personal data (such as health, financial, or government ID data) through this website.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the data you submit solely for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. Specifically:

4. Legal Basis for Processing

5. Data Processor: SMTP2GO
Our contact form sends your submission by email using SMTP2GO, an email delivery service operated by Sand Dune Mail Ltd (Christchurch, New Zealand). SMTP2GO relays your message to our inbox and acts as a data processor on our behalf — it does not use your data for any other purpose. SMTP2GO's privacy policy is available at smtp2go.com/privacy.
SMTP2GO states that personal data for users located within the EEA is stored within the EEA, and that it applies safeguards to any data transferred outside the EEA in order to meet its obligations under the GDPR.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data submitted through the contact form for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission, or until the enquiry is resolved, whichever is sooner — unless we are required to retain it for longer by law or to fulfil a contractual relationship that results from your enquiry.
7. International Transfers
Contact form submissions are relayed through SMTP2GO, which is operated from New Zealand. Where your data is processed outside the EEA, SMTP2GO applies safeguards intended to keep protection in line with the GDPR. Where Google Analytics is used (see Section 9), aggregated, anonymised analytics data may be processed by Google on servers outside the EEA, under Google's own data protection safeguards.
8. Your Rights Under the GDPR
As a data subject under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification — you may ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure — you may ask us to delete your data, subject to legal obligations.

- Right to object — you may object to processing based on our legitimate interests.

9. Cookies and Tracking
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site — for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors arrived here. Google Analytics runs automatically for every visitor from the moment the page loads. We have enabled IP anonymisation, and Google Analytics does not receive your name, email address, or any other data you submit through the contact form.
The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in understanding and improving how our website performs. Google acts as a data processor for the data collected through Google Analytics. You can read more about how Google handles this data at policies.google.com/privacy. If you would prefer not to be tracked, you can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or configure your browser to block third-party cookies and scripts.
Aside from Google Analytics, this website does not use advertising or profiling cookies.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Our website uses HTTPS encryption for all communications.
